Community outreach project by local businesses. Includes information on upcoming events and new shops, bars, restaurants, and service providers in the neighborhood. Southside Legal is a proud member of and contributor to this effort.
Carondelet Historical Society
Organization dedicated to maintaining the Carondelet History Museum and the archives of the old Town of Carondelet, which was annexed by St. Louis City in 1870. The Society and Museum are housed in the Des Peres School Building, the site of the first public kindergarten in the United States founded by Susan Blow.
Center for Women in Transition
Assists previously incarcerated women throughout Missouri in transitioning successfully back into their communities. The Center is located on South Broadway at Steins Street.
Harris House Treatment Center
Assists people throughout Missouri who are struggling with addiction to alcohol and drugs through residential treatment. The Center is located on South Broadway at Marceau Street.
Carondelet Farmers' Market
Produce from local urban farms sold every weekend between June and October. The Market is held at South St. Louis Square Park on South Broadway.
